as a business administrator for office management at our office in Fulda
Your Apprenticeship with us
You will strengthen our management in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping and HR management. You may also occasionally support our team in film productions in the form of assisting with the planning and organisation.
In the areas of accounting and bookkeeping you will handle incoming and outgoing invoices. You will check whether all the amounts are correct and whether the incoming money has been booked correctly. You will support employees signing in and out in HR management and keep in contact with the health insurance providers and the payroll department.
You will also be required to prepare agendas, schedules and minutes for meetings, support daily business with information preparation on the telephone and PC as well as taking care of minor matters.
Your tasks will be extremely varied and interesting but also require a high degree of care, circumspection and self-responsibility.
Before you begin training we will offer you a placement with us. The placement can be carried out immediately.
